• 1-2 dashes angostura bitters
• 2 oz rye
• 3/4 oz lemon juice
• 3/4 oz simple syrup
• 1/2 oz egg white (1/2 large egg)

Mix ingredients and dry shake.

Add ice & shake 45 seconds.

Enjoy over square ice with dehydrated orange slice
