Twas The Night Before Christmas

Tis the Night Before Christmas, when all through the house,
something was stirring, oh shoot, it’s a mouse!
The mouse traps were place on the cold floor with care,
in hopes that the mouse head soon would be there.

The parents were nestled all snug in their beds,
while the youngest saw visions of mice still not dead.
Mom in her PJ’s and Dad still asleep,
waited till morning to deal with the creep.

Down in the basement we hear lots of clatter,
we still have our guest, it really does matter.
Away to the store, more traps to acquire,
Keep in touch, we’ll update, when our guest does expire.
