Honey Garlic BBQ Ribs

“This recipe is supposed to be from a famous restaurant in Montreal. All I now is it is always a crowd pleaser.”

  • 4 pounds baby back ribs cut into strips
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1 cup ketchup
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 4 cloves garlic, crushed
  1. Cook ribs in boiling salted water until tender (30 minutes). Drain and place in shallow pan.
  2. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over ribs, turning to coat. Refrigerate in sauce for at least 24 hours. They may also be frozen at this point.
  3. Grill on BBQ (or 6″ below broiler) until crisp (15-20 min). Ribs may also be heated in a 400F oven until sauce thickens to form glaze.

Yield: 6 servings
