“This recipe is supposed to be from a famous restaurant in Montreal. All I now is it is always a crowd pleaser.”
- 4 pounds baby back ribs cut into strips
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 cup ketchup
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 4 cloves garlic, crushed
- Cook ribs in boiling salted water until tender (30 minutes). Drain and place in shallow pan.
- Combine remaining ingredients and pour over ribs, turning to coat. Refrigerate in sauce for at least 24 hours. They may also be frozen at this point.
- Grill on BBQ (or 6″ below broiler) until crisp (15-20 min). Ribs may also be heated in a 400F oven until sauce thickens to form glaze.
Yield: 6 servings
