Chicken Salad

“Made with sour cream and dill, this has a nice zing to it.”

INGREDIENTS
  • 1/3 cup light mayonnaise
  • 1/3 cup light sour cream
  • 1 teaspoon dried dill
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 tablespoon capers, drained and chopped
  • 2 roasted chickens from the grocery store
DIRECTIONS
  1. Remove meat from chickens and chop into cubes.
  2. Mix dressing ingredients and mix with chicken.
  3. Serve on sandwiches or on top of romaine.

Yield: enough for 8 large sandwiches
