“Be sure and marinate steaks early, best if marinated a day ahead.”
INGREDIENTS
- 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, chopped
- 1 tablespoon fresh garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon shallot, minced
- 1/2 tablespoon ground cumin
- 1/2 tablespoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
DIRECTIONS
- Mix ingredients together.
- Spread on all sides of filet mignon.
- Marinate at least 6 hours, preferably overnight.
- Grill on BBQ or brown in butter and oil.
Serve with Garlic Sauce.
Yield: enough for 4 steaks
