INGREDIENTS
- 1/3 cup soy sauce
- 1/3 cup rice vinegar
- 1/3 cup thinly sliced scallions (green and white)
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon grated fresh ginger
- 1 teaspoon sugar
DIRECTIONS
- Combine all ingredients in small bowl.
Yield: about 1 cup
