Being a gardener I am always watching the weather, wishing of course I could control it. I know I can check the weather instantly on the internet but that gives me results for the nearest airport, several miles from where we live. But what are the conditions like in my own backyard? Yes OK, I know, I can just look outside but what fun would that be?!

So with a few hi-tech toys I received for Christmas, I now have my very own weather station. My wireless weather station includes a main base in the house which receives signals from four sensors that measure indoor temperature and humidity, outdoor temperature, humidity and barometric pressure, rainfall, wind speed and direction.
