Celery Bread

“Traditionally served with perch, Celery Bread is also a great substitute for garlic bread with steak or soups.”

INGREDIENTS
  • 1 french baquette or italian loaf, sliced 1/2 inch thick
  • 1/2 cup butter, softened
  • 1 teaspoon celery seed
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
DIRECTIONS
  1. Mix butter and spices.
  2. Butter both sides of bread slices. Wrap in foil and heat.

YIELD: 8-12 servings
